I’ve decided to start joining in with Donna from What the redhead said living arrows project. The idea is to share a picture every week that celebrates childhood.
“YOU ARE THE BOWS FROM WHICH YOUR CHILDREN AS LIVING ARROWS ARE SENT FORTH”
BY KAHLIL GIBRAN
This week has been a pretty quiet one, no big adventures have been had. We did pop out for a lovely walk after dinner one evening, a completely spontaneous walk. We never usually go out at that time, it’s normally dinner and then straight into the bedtime routine but it felt really good to ditch the routine for once.
We let Ava take her pushchair out, something we have never done before because in all honesty I had visions of us causing a traffic accident thanks to a stroppy toddler ramming it into the road. Thankfully no such thing occurred, not sure I’d be brave enough to take her out with it on my own though. At almost 31 weeks pregnant, I’m definitely not up to legging it after a wayward pushchair!
Ava loved taking her doll to the park, her imagination is really starting to show now and it’s so lovely to watch her play.
I hope you all have a lovely week
