I absolutely love seeing other people’s meal plans, I’m not the sort of person that dedicates certain nights to certain foods so I’m always looking for inspiration for something new to try, and basically I just like to nosy into other people’s lives. I thought I’d start a new little blog post every Monday sharing our meal plan for the week as I know you lot are just as nosy as me! Ava eats the same as us most nights so all the meals should be suitable but if not I’ll let you know. Ava does baby led weaning.
Birdseye Tomato and basil cod with chilli crusted potatoes – Quick dinner for us tonight, I picked the cod up from Iceland, the potatoes are also from Iceland out of the fridge section. Ava loved this.

Swedish meatballs and tagliatelle – This meal is super quick, we fry meatballs with sliced onions and dill and then when cooked we stir through a small pot of sour cream. The original recipe is to make your own meatballs with the dill included.
Goats cheese and caramelised onion tart – This is an old weight watchers recipe for 6 but we eat it between 2 of us oops! We cut the ready made rolled pastry in half and top with onions caramelised in balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock and fresh thyme, then top with crumbled soft goats cheese and cook in the oven until there’s no soggy bottom!
